The data collected while placing the orders are confidential and shall not be shared with any 3rd party agencies. 

The addresses shall be used for the sole purpose of shipping the products.

Any marketing content shall be initiated over mails / phone only with the consent of the user by subscribing to our newsletter.

Returns & Refunds

All products shipped are eligible for a 7 day return policy in case the product delivered is damaged or defective.

The customer will have to raise a concern with 7 days by sending a mail to cs@imconcepts.co.in.

In case a defective or damaged product is delivered the customer is eligible to choose for a replacement or a refund by mentioning the preference in the mail while raising the concern with the CS team.

The refunds shall be initiated to the original payment method. Any promotional discount or coupons applied while placing the order shall not be refunded.

 

Payments Policy

All payments are secured by the service provider. In case of any dispute / concern kindly write a mail to cs@imconcepts.co.in and our team shall get in touch for clarifying or resolving the issue.

Shipping Policy

The products are shipped usually shipped within 24 working Hours of placing a successful order from our own warehouse and in case of any delays the customer shall be notified through an e-mail.
